Designing continuity across global rail journeys

A global rail product experience spanning discovery, seat selection, live journey information and regional travel products.

The work considers how discovery, booking and travel information can remain coherent while regional rail rules and user expectations change.

Country, operator and ticket differences need to be expressed without forcing users to relearn the product at every step.

Seat selection, live train information and rail-pass contexts are treated as connected parts of a longer journey.

The design direction uses stable hierarchy and interaction patterns while allowing regional content and rules to remain explicit.
